The treatment register is going electronic. With agroFMS, yours already is.
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/564 requires plant protection treatments to be recorded electronically, and in Romania the switch is expected from 1 January 2027. In agroFMS the register (registrul tratamentelor) is electronic from the first entry, with the columns of the official form, ready to print or save as PDF. There is no need to wait for the deadline.

Several farms, one login
If you keep records for other farms, there are two ways to work. A farmer can invite you as a sub-user and decide what you can see and edit. Or you get a partner account that lists every farm assigned to you and lets you switch into any of them.

What farmers usually ask
What happens after the trial month?
Nothing happens automatically. When the trial ends we call you: if you want to continue, you choose a plan; if not, we close the account. No bank card is needed for the trial.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you give access to (sub-users, with the rights you set). Your data is stored in our own database on servers in the European Union and is not passed to third parties. Under the contract the data belongs to you: if you leave, we hand it over as an export file.
Do I need internet in the field?
Yes. The system runs in the browser, on your phone as well, and saving needs a connection. If there is no signal in the field, you can log the operation from the car or at home and enter the date afterwards.
Does the authority accept the printed register?
The printed register contains every column of the official form, so you can keep it as a paper register and show it at an inspection. The field sheet and the APIA declaration data print the same way. And when the register has to be kept electronically, in agroFMS it already is.
The register is going electronic. Does agroFMS help?
Yes. In agroFMS the treatment register is electronic from the first entry: product, rate, date, field and crop, with the columns of the official form, ready to print or export. If the authority also requires the data to be submitted in the system of the National Phytosanitary Authority (ANF), that is still done there.
Several of us work on the farm. How many accounts do we need?
One. Family members or employees can use your account as sub-users, with the rights you set (Pro plan and above). If an adviser helps you, they see your farm as a sub-user or from their own partner account.
Which languages can it be used in?
Hungarian, Romanian and English, regardless of country; you can switch the language in your account settings at any time. The forms always follow the requirements of the authorities in the farm's country.
