Privacy notice

This notice covers the personal data processed on the public pages of agrofms.eu (the demo request form and the language selection). The processing of logged-in users' data is governed by the data processing annex of the service contract.

1. Controller

2. Demo request form

Data processed: name, email address, phone number, farm size range, selected plan, message text; in addition the time of submission, the sender's IP address and the page language.
Purpose: answering the request, arranging the demo, sending a price quote.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. The IP address is stored under Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form (at most three submissions per hour from one address).
Retention: until the request is closed, and no longer than 12 months from submission. If a contract is concluded, contractual data follow the rules of the contract.
Providing the data is voluntary; without a name, email and phone number the request cannot be handled.

3. Cookies

agrofms_country and agrofms_lang — when you click the country or language switch, they store only the chosen country (which country's content the page shows) and language, for one year. Necessary for the site to work; they do not identify you.
agrofms_consent — stores your answer to the traffic measurement question ("accept" / "only the necessary") for one year, so we do not ask every time.
agrofms_vid — created only if you accepted measurement: a random identifier (no name, email or other personal data), for one year, which tells us whether a visitor has returned. You can delete it in your browser at any time.
agrofms_member — created when you sign in to agroFMS from your browser, for two years: it shows that you are already a user, so your visits to this page are not counted as visitors. It does not identify you (its content is just "1").
There are no advertising or social media cookies; fonts are served from our own server without calling an external provider.

4. Traffic measurement

We use our own first-party measurement, with no external provider (such as Google Analytics); the data stay in our own database. For every page view we store: the time, the page and language, the domain of the referring page, campaign tags (utm), device type (mobile/desktop), country (HU/RO) and a hash of the IP address computed with a key that changes daily — the raw IP address is not stored, and the hash cannot be linked across days. With your consent, the agrofms_vid identifier above is added. Purpose: to know how many people open the page and where they come from. Legal basis: for the measurement cookie, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the cookie; for the cookie-free, hashed counting of page views, our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Views by signed-in users (agrofms_member) and automated requests (search robots, link previews) are not stored. Retention: 24 months.

5. Server log

The hosting provider's web server keeps the usual technical access log (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) for the secure operation of the system (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Recipients

The data are handled by the provider's staff. Processor: TES EURO MEDIA S.R.L. (hosting, Romania). Data are not transferred outside the European Union; there is no automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@agrofms.eu with the subject "GDPR request"; we reply within 30 days.

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: ANSPDCP (B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Bucharest), or, under Article 77 GDPR, with the authority of your country of residence — for Hungary the NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9–11.). You may also go to court.

9. Changes

Changes to this notice are published on this page with the effective date.
