You can use the system in Hungarian, Romanian or English and switch at any time. Whatever the language, the forms follow the Hungarian authority's layout: the worksheets of the farm journal (Gazdálkodási Napló) and the spray register can be produced in any interface language.

Several farms, one login
If you keep records for other farms, there are two ways to work. A farmer can invite you as a sub-user and decide what you can see and edit. Or you get a partner account that lists every farm assigned to you and lets you switch into any of them.

What farmers usually ask
What happens after the trial month?
Nothing happens automatically. When the trial ends we call you: if you want to continue, you choose a plan; if not, we close the account. No bank card is needed for the trial.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you give access to (sub-users, with the rights you set). Your data is stored in our own database on servers in the European Union and is not passed to third parties. Under the contract the data belongs to you: if you leave, we hand it over as an export file.
Do I need internet in the field?
Yes. The system runs in the browser, on your phone as well, and saving needs a connection. If there is no signal in the field, you can log the operation from the car or at home and enter the date afterwards.
Does the authority accept the printed journal?
The printout contains the nine crop production worksheets of the farm journal (Gazdálkodási Napló) and the spray register with the official columns, so you can show it at an inspection. Where electronic submission is required, it goes through e-GN; once the NÉBIH connection is approved, you can do that from agroFMS as well.
I already keep the journal in e-GN. What does agroFMS add?
It imports the e-GN export, not just the fields: the whole history, with seasons, operations and the products used, from the crop production worksheets (livestock worksheets are not imported). In one test a single file brought in 193 fields and 2,545 operations. e-GN is where you meet the legal requirement, but it does not show what a hectare cost, what a crop returned or where you stand on nitrogen. In agroFMS you see all of that, and the journal and the forms are built from the same data. agroFMS connects to e-GN through NÉBIH's official interface: the connection is awaiting NÉBIH approval, after which you will submit the journal from here.
Several of us work on the farm. How many accounts do we need?
One. Family members or employees can use your account as sub-users, with the rights you set (Pro plan and above). If an adviser helps you, they see your farm as a sub-user or from their own partner account.
Which languages can it be used in?
Hungarian, Romanian and English, regardless of country; you can switch the language in your account settings at any time. The forms always follow the requirements of the authorities in the farm's country.
